This Privacy Notice applies to the processing of personal data through wirthual.hu, operated by Wirth Family Beekeeping.

2. Personal Data We Process

When you use the contact form, the Data Controller processes the following information:

• name;
• email address;
• phone number;
• subject of the enquiry;
• company name, if you choose to provide it;
• message content.

Your message may also contain other personal data that you choose to provide.

3. Purposes of Processing

We process this information to make contact possible, respond to enquiries, provide requested information, discuss our services and prepare for a potential business relationship. We do not automatically use information submitted through the contact form for newsletters or direct marketing.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

The legal basis for processing information submitted through the contact form is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before that point.

We retain personal data related to an enquiry for no longer than 12 months, unless the enquiry leads to a contract or another legal relationship, or the law requires a longer retention period.

The Data Controller uses LITE Consulting for website operation and domain services, and RackHost for email and hosting services. These providers may process personal data to the extent necessary to provide their technical services. Access to personal data is limited to people and providers who need it to handle enquiries or operate the website and email services.

The website does not use cookies or tracking technologies for analytics, advertising, marketing or profiling. Only technical data or session mechanisms strictly necessary for the operation and security of the website may be used.

The Data Controller does not use automated decision-making or profiling in relation to personal data collected through the website.
